Sunday Presenter: Fabulous Follow-Up: The Ingredients for Success with Book 2 and Beyond
On Saturday, February 8th from 11am-12pm at the Colgate Bookstore, meet local authors from across Central NY! Books from a variety of genres will be available for purchase, and locally made cookies will be offered.
An interactive crime scene set in a historic mansion makes for the perfect mystery prompt. We’ll discuss the rules of mystery writing, setting, plot, character, and revision with 7th graders in a real life game of Clue.

We’re talking everything Middle Grade! Using more than 2 dozen recently released books as mentor texts, we’ll talk about “Why It Works” and what makes Middle Grade . . . magic.
